• Unlimited phone and e-mail communication

• Assistance with finding all venues

• Two site-visits to go over logistics & layouts

• Budget planning and management

• Full venue and vendor management including research, price negotiation, bookings, and reviewing contracts

• Scheduling and attending all necessary vendor meetings

• Payment management for all vendors

• Full communication with all vendors including delivery, set-up, and payment scheduling

• Assist with out of town guest accommodations

• Organization and coordination of wedding rehearsal

• Mediator between the bride/groom and families

• Assistance with gift baskets, welcome bag distribution, and wedding favors

• Create customized timelines for all events

• Assist with creating floor plans

• Wedding day transportation planning for wedding party and all guests
