Day-of Coordination was designed to relieve you from the last minute stress of set-up, deliveries, and all of the little details that are involved on your wedding day. We will work with you, your families, and venue coordinators to make sure your wedding day goes according to your plan & vision.

• One site-visit to go over logistics & layouts

• Be the main point of contact for all vendors, family members, and guests

• Coordinate details with all vendors to ensure proper set-up on the big day

• Resolve any issues that arise the day of

• Create/finalize timelines for your events

• Distribute final payments/gratuity to all vendors as needed

• Full wedding & reception day coordination
